Character design and short animations

Hello, dear ones!
Here's one of the bigger projects I did for a friend and a fellow streamer on Dlive.
He asked me to turn him into a animated character and put him into a fictional scene then used in 3 short animations - "Starting Soon", "Be Right Back" and "Thank you fo Watching". I did some research of interior designs and ended up using a reference photo which was adjusted to his gaming and progaming setup.
Even after using the same cleaned outlines for the 3 animations the challenge of adding the correct the lighting and textures in Clip Studio Paint and then in After Effects took several weeks. The animations then were rendered in parts so they form a loop, the duration to which was then entirely up to the streamer.
It wasn't the best project, but the whole working process definitely improved my skills and changed my mindset.
Hope I can work on more projects like this one in the future.
